Represented parties in numerous class action lawsuits in Washington State courts and AAA arbitration involving consumer protection claims, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract claims and the propriety of insurance products. 

 

Tried a class action, product liability case to a successful verdict with the class representatives in King County Superior Court in Washington.

 

Represented businesses in more than a dozen cases filed by the Washington State Attorney General, Department of Financial Institutions, Insurance Commissioner, and consumers alleging consumer protection violations involving pricing, direct sales, collection practices and false advertising.

 

Represented a national company in contract disputes involving more than 50 parties in three different courts in Eastern Washington.

 

Tried a two-week vessel construction case to verdict in Federal Court.
